萧红（1911~1942），中国现代著名女作家，民国时期“四大才女”之一，1935年发表成名作《生死场》。1936年，在东京写下了散文《孤独的生活》、长篇组诗《砂粒》等。1940年在香港发表了著名长篇小说《呼兰河传》。中国文坛大师鲁迅曾经为《生死场》作序，赞赏里面的描写细致、明丽和新鲜；《呼兰河传》位列“20世纪中文小说100强”第9位，出版后曾译成韩语。
