1．甲方的责任

叉车日常保养维护管理规定
操作注意事项：
1、经培训并持有驾驶执照的司机方可开车；
2、在开车前检查各控制和警报装置，如发现损坏或有缺陷时，应在修理后操作；
3、搬运时不应超过规定负荷，货叉须全部插入货物下面，并使货物均匀放在货叉上，不许用单个货叉尖挑货物；
4、平稳地进行起动、转向、行驶、制动和停止，在潮湿的或光滑的路面，转向时须减速 ；
5、装物行驶应把货物放低，门架后倾；
6、坡道行驶应小心行驶，在大于十分之一的坡道是行驶时，上坡应向前行驶，下坡应后退行驶，上、下坡忌转向，叉车在行驶时，请勿进行装卸作业；

8、不准人站在货叉上，车上不准载人；

叉车保养标准要求
要使叉车工作正常可靠，发挥叉车潜在能力，要有经常维护措施。技术维护保养措施，一般为：
1、日常维护，每班工作后。
2、一级技术保养，累计工作100小时后，一班工作制相当于2周。
3、二级技术保养，累计工作500小时后，一班工作制相当于一个季度。
一、日常维护
1、清洗叉车上污垢、泥土和垢埃，重点部位是：货叉架及门架滑道、发电机及起动器、蓄电池电极叉柱、水箱、空气滤清器。
2、检查各部位的紧固情况，重点是：货叉架支承、起重链拉紧螺丝、车轮螺钉、车轮固定销、制动器、转向器螺钉。
3、检查脚制动器、转向器的可靠性、灵活性。
4、检查渗漏情况，重点是：各管接头、柴油箱、机油箱、制动泵、升降油缸、倾斜油缸、水箱、水泵、发动机油底壳、变矩器、变速器、驱动桥、主减速器、液压转向器、转向油缸。

电动叉车使用注意事项
电瓶叉车辆使用中特别应注意及时对蓄电池充电和蓄电池的正确维护。蓄电池充电时要注意方法，既要使蓄电池充足电，又不能造成蓄电池过量充电。
在电动车辆操作中，尽量少使用长时间长距离加速，当车辆起步，速度提升后，稳住加速踏板，如路况较好，车辆会继续加速。
车辆需减速时，放松加速踏板，轻踏制动踏板，这样可充分利用减速的能量，如果车辆具有再生制动功能，即可使减速时的动能得以回收。
车辆在坡道下行时，不要断开驱动电动机的电路，轻轻踩下制动踏板，使车辆运行于再生制动状态，利用车辆下行的动能，减少蓄电池的能量消耗。
车辆运行中，切勿将“前进、倒退”的方向开关误当作转向开关。除非需要紧急减速，否则不要直接将制动踏板踏到底。
