感悟人生,抒写真情。 朋友小宝将要进入太原份公司上班,就差面试一关了。多好的事情,可喜可贺。可是小宝从来没有经历过面试,不知如何准备。我想讲我的面试经验赠小宝。
面试准备大体上分为知识准备和心理准备两大块。
知识准备,就是面试时所需知识的储备。比如,你要竞争的岗位的相关知识,海螺公司的大致情况,面试官可能问到哪些问题,怎样回答面试官的问题,如何做好一位公司员工,等等。这个方面的准备耗费大量时间,你得有耐心去做,多上网查询。去年暑假我也参加了一场较大的考试,笔试之后面试,面试准备只有几天时间,我上网查了不少东西,记的笔记就有三四本。
心理准备,就是面试时应具备的心理状态。这点很重要,甚至比前面那点更为关键。因为很多人(或说绝大多数人)在面试时都会紧张,一紧张就发挥不正常。许多本来知道的内容,一时竟说不上来。去年我们农村教师进城考试,就有几个老师笔试成绩很好,就是面试时紧张得说不出话,结果错失良机。心理准备怎么去做?简言之,就是多做模拟演练。吃饭之前,睡觉之前,你可以自言自语,想象你面对面试官将如何表现。面试时一定要充满信心,说话连贯,尽量不要停顿,一气呵成最好。可以事先写好一份讲稿,试着把它背下来。这样,到了面试时,你就心中有数。

面试如何调整紧张心态
作为被“拷问”的求职者一方,很多第一次即初次面试的人员,都会感到强烈的紧张和不安,无形之中就陷入了压力及被动的状态,面试紧张怎么办?这回让求职者因为拘谨而表现不足,直接影响面试成绩。
在面试中,在决定面试成败的因素中,求职者专业技能、岗位匹配度等这些面试官重点考查的因素会占80%,个人心理状态、应对能力占20%,但80%的面试成功率就源于这20%的心理战术,所以面试紧张怎么办?
为了保证求职的面试通过的几率,对面试心理学进行总结,了解得到面试克服紧张的必须从自我调节做起,这里,提供几种克服紧张的方法:
1、要做好充分的准备工作,预计到自己临场可能很紧张,应事先举办模拟面试,找出可能存在的问题与不足,增强自己克服紧张的自信心;
2、反复告诫自己,不要把一次面试的得失看得太重要,应该明白,自己紧张,你的竞争对手也不轻松,也有可能出差错,甚至可能不如你,同等条件下,谁克服了紧张,大方、镇定、从容地回答每个提问,谁就会取得胜利;
3、不要急着回答问题,主考官问完问题后,求职者可以考虑三五秒钟后再作回答,在回答面试题时,需要清晰表述自己的看法和情况,否则你一旦意识到自己语无伦次,会更紧张,结果导致面试难以取得应用的效果,所以切记,面试从头至尾声,讲话不急不慢,逻辑严密,条理清楚,让人信服。
