第三遍：不再划分意群，对照整段文字写符号，写完之后盖上文字，看着自己的符号将内容用源语复述出来，再对照文本查漏补缺。
第四遍：不再对照文字，而是找人用比较慢的语速念或者用软件将段落调至比原音慢1-2倍的速度放音，跟着记笔记，然后用源语复述内容，查漏补缺。
第五遍：用正常语速念或播放音视频，跟着记笔记，然后用源语复述内容，查漏补缺。
第六遍：对照文本，按照划分的意群一个意群一个意群翻译，然后对照译文查漏补缺。
第七遍：一个意群一个意群念或播放音视频，边做笔记边翻译。然后对照译文查漏补缺。
第八遍：用比正常速度慢1-2倍的语速播放完整的音视频，边做笔记边翻译，然后对照译文查漏补缺。
第九遍：用正常速度播放完整的音视频，边做笔记边翻译，然后对照译文查漏补缺。
第十遍：对段落的某些部分做微调或找类似的语段考察是否掌握重点词、术语、句型的翻译方式。
这样练过10遍后，应该能熟练掌握一篇文章了。之后先暂时将它放在一边，过一段时间（如一个月）后再用正常语速播放音视频，考察笔记或听译，看还有哪些地方卡壳或翻译不准确。
对于同传初学者，将笔记法练习换成记忆强化练习和影子训练后可以取得同样的效果。如果大家感兴趣，我可以再写一篇同传的练习方法。
