辽宁工程技术大学毕业设计

铁法大平五矿180万吨/年新井设计

摘 要

辽宁省铁法市大平五矿煤矿是一座未建成的新型矿井,通过对其钻孔资料的详细分析,初步探明该地区煤炭工业储量超过3.1亿吨;整个井田含有两层煤,其中上层煤为厚煤层,厚度达18米。通过对其水文、地质资料的精查,最终确定在该矿区建成一座年产180万吨的大型矿井。

针对该矿区煤层少、煤层厚度大、煤层间距及煤层倾角小的特点,最终采用在我国已经比较成熟的长壁开采法,采用分层分采的采煤方法;贯彻执行国家关于大型煤矿的建井方针,采用综合机械化采煤工艺。尝试采用最新的煤矿开采经验,用矸石填充采空区,使矸石基本不运出地面,生产系统大大简化,采用单轨吊辅助运输一条龙,从井口直达工作面,同时实现了综采与综掘同步发展,生产效率大幅提高的同时,重点研究高产高效矿井的开拓部署与巷道布置系统的优化,简化巷道布置,优化采区及工作面参数,对煤层采取集中开拓,集中准备、集中回采的关键技术,大幅度降低岩巷掘进率,多开煤巷,减少出矸率 ;既是减少污染的一项有力措施,又简化了生产系统,有利于高产高效集中化开采。

Abstract

The Daping colliery of Tiefa city of Liaoning Province is a new-type mine not that haven't build up, through detailed to analyse, verify coal commercial reserves in this area exceed 310 to it.500 million tons;The field of the whole well contains two storeys of coal, among them the upper strata coal is thick coal seams, the thickne is up to18 meters.Through scrutinizing to its hydrology, geological materials , confirm finally that builds up a large-scale mine which produces 1,800,000 tons per year on this mining area.Direct this mining area coal seam little, coal seam thickne heavy , little characteristic , interval of coal seam and inclination of coal seam against, adopt mining methods;In high yield , adopt and synthesize the mechanized craft of mining.Try to adopt the latest colliery to exploit experience, pack and adopt the empty district with the waste rock, make the waste rock not transport the ground basically, the production system is simplified greatly, adopt the mionorail transportation, from well head directly working range, realize comprehensive to adopt with comprehensive to is it develop in step to dig at the same time, while the experience that production efficiency improve by a wide margin, key research high yield high-efficient open-up of mine dispose with the tunnel aigning systematic optimization, simplify the tunnel to fix up, optimize the exploiting field and working range parameter, is adopted and concentrates on opening up the coal seam , concentrate preparation , key technology of concentrating back production, reduce the tunnelling rate of the rock lane by a large margin , open more coal lanes, reduce out the gangue rate;It is a effective measure of reducing pollution, simplify the production system again, help the high-efficient focis of high yield to exploit.Key words:Longwall mining;Sliling mining;Packed by the waste rock in goaf;High
