With the rapidly development of society and fierce busine competition.requirement average up o managers’ abilities and qualities.At present ,I think HR managers should acquire the abilities and qualities as followsFirstly, abilities of HR managers should poe can be departed into two aspects.For the discipline level, Modern HR managers not only need to poe public administration service but also to learn knowledge of subject.In addition, they should have a good knowledge of relevant produce, marketing, property and law.They must join the HR managers occupation qualification examination and get the certificate.Forthe management level, a succeful HR manager can’t order others frequently.Because such method can’t solve problems but even lead to the unwillingne of stuff to managers’ submit.The environment is changing.The consequence of changes in the work environment require managers increasing strategic in nature and these managers must also focus more on providing internal consulting expertise with respect to improving employee morale and performance.Secondly, human resource managers should have the quality is divided into two aspects, from the character level, manpower resource is the main busine of the work.It is the task of searching, sorting, grouping, analysis and statistics of various human resources data.Various aggregate data and performance evaluation are in need of serious and meticulous arrangement and analysis, so the need high endurance and recruitment needs more optimistic flexible character.What’s more, managers shouldhave stronger affinity and be good at listening rich global concept.Aside from open-minded, active thinking, highly sensitive, willing to observe and analysis are neceary for HR managers,.As a manager, they should also be wishy-washy.From the occupation morality, active plan, arrange themselves to create opportunities,avoid the problem of development differ from man to man.They should learn toadjust their way of speaking and learn to expre their ideas through a variety of ways.They must have the team cooperation consciousne.problems are open to views.Last but not least ,they have to poe leadership skills to understand human nature,oil strategic thinking and the trivial little things well capacity
