My name is Chen zi’an, 24.And I come from the city of Weifang in Shandong province and is going to graduate from this memorable university, the Qingdao university of Science technology, which taught me a lot in the past 4 years.And that is one of my reasons why I come here to complete for this interview.During my college years, I spent most of my time on study.So I have paed CET-6 at ease and have acquired the basic knowledge of my major about plastics.And my favorite subjects are “Plastic Moulding Craft” and ”the Design of Plastic Formula”, which told me a lot about how to produce plastics perfectly and will certainly facilitate my advancement in the future.Just like what the teacher told me , I need to study both books as many times as poible.Meanwhile , it’s my long cherished dream to be a scientist since I was a young child , now it refers to be a chemist or a plastic engineer , today I have this unique opportunity to realize it.How excited the moment is.A little nervous I feel though , I hope I can behave myself.Besides through analyzing my personality , I come to a conclusion that it’s really fit for me to make research.Because I am open-minded , good at thinking , skillful in searching for information in intent and very fond of performing experiments.Though I have lots of interests , such as singing , playing balls , listening to music and so on , I prefer to read books rather than do anything else if I have to make a choice among them.In my spare time , I like reading books , especially those about the literature of plastics , which can broaden my horizon and tell me the least development in this field.It’s really interesting to learn something new especially when it can virtually teach me some thing I don’t know.So I always believe that one will lag behind unle he keeps on learning.Another , to find those things trouble people and then go to any length to search enough to solve them can provide me indefinite paion.What’s more , I think I am a good team player and I am a person of great honest to others.Also I can work hard under great preures.All these qualities I think is neceary for an eligible postgraduate.Frankly speaking , if I am given a chance to study plastics in our university I will spare no effort to master a good commend of this interesting profeion.That’s all.Thank you.自我介绍：

我学习的是我最喜欢的高分子塑料专业，并且即将从母校——XXX毕业。经过4年的学习，让我对高分子特别是塑料这一领域有了更深层次的理解，随着十八大的召开和中国城镇化水平的提高，我估计在未来十年内，中国塑料行业必将迎来一个全新的发展期，所以我非常希望储备更多的专业知识来提高自己。
我的理想是成为一名高级塑料工程师，能从事有关高新产品的研发制造特别是常用塑料产品的质量检测与优化工作。四年来，我始终把学习放在第一位，每学期均获得过奖学金，没有挂科、违纪记录，因为初试报考的是XXX，考XX发挥的不太好，初试成绩有点低，在调剂的同学中不占优势，但我非常希望能够抓住这次难得的复试机会来实现自己坚持了4年的理想。
说到理想，我想说一下我最崇拜的两个人，一个是中国的李小龙，另一个是英国的丘吉尔，他们身上共同的特质就是能够将自己的理想坚持到底，“Never give up”。李小龙告诉

一、要心无旁骛；而丘吉尔则告诉我在追求理想的路上，方法总比困难多，我一直在学习他们这种永不言弃的精神，我非常希望能像他们一样，能在高分子塑料这一领域做出不一样的自己。
我了解到现阶段美国塑料产品的人均年用量大约是中国的3倍，也就是说中国在高分子塑料这一领域还有很大的提升空间，我认为中国塑料行业要想在未来取得更稳固的发展，重点不应放在高端产品的研发上，而应放在常用产品的研发和质量保证等方面，我们只有把日用产品的质量、回收、环保等问题解决好了，才能更好的走向高端产品的研发生产，否则必定会留下后顾之忧。我们不能预测这种后顾之忧的危害有多大，但有忧患总会让人觉得不安的。我最想做的就是为解决中国塑料产品的后顾之忧问题尽一分力。
就拿“白色污染”来说吧。多少年来口号喊的很响，但至今仍然没有得到很好的解决。塑料袋收费、用纸质塑料袋代替、回收再利用等手段均为取得有效的进展。首先，塑料袋收费，收得太低，无关痛痒；而用纸质塑料袋代替仅是鼓励手段，而没有相应强硬的政策支持；至于回收再利用，中国的塑料袋回收率不到10%，利用率就更不用说了。其中，可降解塑料的研究是一个解决问题的很好的研究方向，我相信在未来一定会取得很好的发展，但现阶段却解决不了实际问题，重要原因是：一研发成本高；二国家政策扶持力度不够；三可降解塑料的存放时间短，非常影响效益，很少有人愿意做。
我有个想法就是先回收、再利用，能组织专门的塑料袋回收人员将塑料袋进行分类回收，我们可以通过模压等简单的成型方法将其成型，这样一可以节省空间，二可以减少甚至解除污染度，可以将其存放或者制成一些专用的产品先用着。现在解决不了的问题将来一定能解决，也就是说今天解决不了的问题可以先留着，等明天解决，但千万不要让它再产生新的问题。
当然，这种做法是从解除污染、可持续发展等方面出发的，其中的利润可能不高，所以这个方案如果可以执行的话，不需要用国家的积极配合与扶持。
