岗位职责：
• Direct and take major responsibility for safety health and environment management within the company, according to EHS policy.根据公司EHS政策，负责主要安全环境管理；
• Be responsible for drawing up the company policies and regulations upon health, safety and environment and keep continuous improvement
负责制定环境体系，职业健康安全体系，并实施、维护与持续改进；
• Be responsible for the coordination and arrangement of EHS safety committee meetings.负责协调组织安全会议；
• Be responsible for implementation of directives and policies on safety, health and environment as required by the Policy.根据EHS管理规定实施并完成任务；
• Be responsible for auditing the labor protective equipment.• 负责检查所有在车间人员的劳防用品的佩戴；
• Be responsible for the administration of the special construction items by our contractors.负责外来人员施工安全的监督与检查；
• Co-ordinate, investigate EHS related cases and prepare report in Case Study, Recordable time, etc.负责EHS内部审核并跟踪纠正预防措施的实施；
• Establish sound relationship and keep close contact with local related government.配合地方消防、公安、安全办、安监局的各项工作；
• Arrange the EHS Audit and safety training and related safety skill training 组织安全检查，安全培训，与安全相关的技术培训，安全复训；
• Deal with emergency case or accident and follow up with related report
负责处理意外及工伤事故的调查及处理，后续的管理，跟踪整改行动执行情况，并完成相关的报告； • Set up special skilled people file and arrange for renewing the certification 管理特种作业人员，建立档案，联系和安排特种作业操作证的复审；
• Be responsible for the health file set up and the physical check in neceary and follow up 建立员工的健康档案，安排相关职位的岗前、岗中和岗后的职业病健康检查。任职资格：
• Above bachelor degree major in Chemical related / Engineering or Environment related field is better 大学本科以上学历，化工或是环境工程与安全工程相关专业优先；
• Minimum 3 year directly related training proceing experience;prefer oversea company experience in Chemical industry environment 5年以上安全工作经验，有跨国化工公司同类工作经验者优先； • Good knowledge in Chemical system 有制化工行业体系建立的经历与知识背景
• Solid knowledge in ISO9000, ISO14001, VDA, TS16949,etc，know about the first aid and the other EHS laws.熟悉ISO9000,ISO14001和OHSAS18000体系；熟悉制造业环境安全管理体系；了解急救知识、消防、危 险品管理；熟悉熟悉特种设施设备的管理；熟悉EHS外部事务的办理流程；熟悉EHS相关的国家和地方法律法规及其他要求
• Excellent communication skills at all levels(written & verbal)良好的沟通技巧（书面与口头）；
• Excellent organizational and mathematical skills 极好的组织和计算技能；
• Ability to work to deadlines under preure 具有一定承受压力的能力；
• Proficient in computer application such as Micro software 熟练操作计算机办公软件；
• Good English skill in both written and Oral 良好的英语书面与口头沟通能力； • Good spirit and ability in Team work 拥有团队合作精神和能力。
Summary of Job Function and Target 工作职责和目标 SUMMARY
-Establish and improve the file management and program on safety, environmental protection, Occupation health with 4 plants in China.Correct and indicate or handling the staff's deregulation 负责建立、完善中国的4 家工厂的安全、环保、职业健康管理文件和程序。并负责贯彻实施，日常现场检查，及时指出、纠正并处理违规操作事件。
-As EHS leader, Handle all related EHS iue within 4 plants inShanghai & Zhenjiang.作为上海及镇江4家厂的EHS负责人，按国家规定处理所有相关的安全、环保、职业健康问题。Specific Responsibilities: 具体职能
-Be responsible to establish and improve the file management and program on production safety, environmental protection, occupation health safety management system, monitor the system implemented effectively.Support to get the certificate of EHS related to satisfied with the requirement of the customers.负责建立、完善工厂安全、环保、职业健康的管理系统，并负责监督该系统的有效实施，帮助公司取得相应的证书及满足客户的要求。
-Be responsible for auditing production safety, environmental protection and occupation health safety, correct and indicate or handling the staff's deregulation, help find and avoid potential problems in profeional techniques.with management administrators.负责工厂的日常定期及不定期的安全、环保、职业健康检查，及时指出、纠正、并处理员工违规操作或其他问题, 以专业的眼光帮助公司管理层发现及消除隐患。
-Coordinate and maintain good relation with local related government like safety, Fire-Protection，Environmental Protection and etc.对外协调和保持与当地政府相关部门良好的关系，定期沟通和接待政府拜访，保证政府政策的及时更新及落实。
-Aistant to monitor facility equipment with 4 plants and solve problem solution.协助监管工厂的设备安全维护水、电、空调等的协调，及时发现和处理问题。
-As EHS leader, 24 hours on-call service to ensure any injury happened be informed promptly and timely, also make sure company working related injury be handled compliance with government regulation.作为公司指定的EHS管理负责人，必须24小时手机开机，保证任何公司意外事故能及时汇报及按国家相关规定执行。
-Ensure to establish a safety, health, good working environment with 4 plants.确保建立一个安全、健康、良好的工作环境。
-Be in charge of safety training(third cla), ensure all employees must be educated & trained on safe production before starting to work.Be responsibility apply and compensate once injure accident.负责指导并实施全厂三级安全培训，保证员工培训后安全上岗；负责处理工伤事故的申请和理赔事宜。-Others jobs aigned by GM or company management.其它由公司或上司指定的工作。
-College or above, majored in mechanical electronic or chemical material.任职资格： Requirements: 大专及以上学历，主修机械电子或化学材料专业。
-At least 5 years related experience as EHS Supervisor or equal level with manufacturing industry in foreign enterprise.至少5年以上外企制造行业EHS主管或相应职务。
Knowledge with electrical equipment operation and maintenance such as injection molding machine, stamping machine and safety production.了解电气及设备的基本工作和保养原理，诸如注塑机，冲压机的安全生产。
-Experience in setting up ISO14001 and etc environment system, prefer in ISO9000, TS16949 Quality System.有建立ISO14001质量体系经验，ISO9000,TS16949质量体系经验者佳。Fluent in both spoken & written English, 良好的英文书面及口语表达能力。
-Prefer qualification: Automotive or mechanical industry is preferred;有大型汽车行业、机械行业工作经历者佳。
