Nowadays this kind of traveling model is gaining more and more popularity among college students. According to the survey, over 80% of college students prefer self-help traveling to following a tour group。
Why are college students so fond of self-help traveling? Above all, self-help traveling gives travelers more freedom and space. College students don’t like being restricted. They want to arrange their travel as they wish. Moreover, self-help traveling provides college students a good chance to improve their adaptability and viability. Besides, the expenses in self-help traveling are controlled by travelers themselves. It is a good choice for those college students who have not much money for their disposal。
As a college student, I enjoy self-help traveling very much, and I have benefited a lot from it. For one thing, I have appreciated many amazing scenery that those travelers who follow tour groups can not. For another, self-help travel helps me learn how to deal with people better。

Korea is a country that famous for its beach, culture, even their products. Luckily, I had a chance to go to Korea last year.
When I got Korea, it was night. We went our hotel. To our surprise, the hotel was so beautiful and nice, the room was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was also delicious.
The most famous palace in Korea Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is spectacular and it is too big that we spend 5 hours finishing visiting this place.
We also try the Korea food. But I dont like it, it was always made of vegetables and seafood, with a little salt and oil, but my mother said it is healthy.
The shopping mall in Korea is big, very big. The Lotte shopping mall is the biggest one with almost all kinds goods in it. We bought many nice things.
I enjoy myself during this trip. If I can, I want to visit there again.

Nowadays, more and more people like to travel in their holidays. The other day I read a report about the ways people spend their holidays.
It is reported that in recent yiars several new holiday habits have been developed. Among them,the most interesting one is the growth of the so-called holiday camps. From the report we can see that in 1990,40 percent of people stayed at home for holidays. But now the proportion has reduced to 9 percent. More people go out for fun. The proportion of camping and traveling abroad was increasing steadily,from 10 percent in 1990 to 38 percent in 2002,and 12 percent in 1990 to 26 percent in 2002 respectively. People enjoy the fresh air,clean Water and green hills when they go camping in the suburbs. In 1990,38 percent people enjoyed going to the seaside while in 2002 only 27 percent prefer to go there. What great changes!
Why did those changes appear?I think there are several reasons.
First,its because people can afford traveling.
Second,people prefer to pursue a high-quality and colorful life.
Third,their attitudes to relaxation have changed. Less people want to save much money by leading a simple life. In short,peoples living standard today has been rising greatly.
