客服部订单主管岗位职责

岗位名称:订单管理 主管 直接上级:客服部经理 直接下级:订单处理员

职务概述:负责国际、国内订单的各项处理及国内客户的维护工作。

岗位要求:大专以上,相关专业,有较强的英文阅读能力,有3年以上相关工作经验。工作职责:

1、国际、国内订单处理,保证客户及时准确收到货物。并定期对订单进行整理,归档(督导)。

2、定期整理应收款,对月订单量超过3次以上客户需传真对帐单。协助及督促销售部门处理结款、催款事宜。每月10日前将应收款报表发送至各业人员及客服部经理处。

3、审核经销商资信及产品销售价格,确保按照法规、公司价格体系执行。

4、建立成品安全库存量,及时下达成品及定制原料生产任务单,并做好跟踪工作。与生产部沟通的出货信息及时反馈至相关业务人员。每月5日前将《生产任务单跟踪表》发至客服部经理处。

5、及时处理退货,定期整理退货档案。每月5日制作完成退货统计报表,上交客服部经理及质量部经理。

6、保证两套客户档案资料数据的准确、一致性。

7、协助及督促销售人员对月返协议客户做好相关返利工作。

8、收集客户反馈信息及时上报客服部经理。

9、定期整理欧盟国家客户销售档案。

10、收集新增客户及发样客户名单,每季度5日将报表上交客服部经理。

11、合理控制运输成本,提高运输效率。

12、负责客户接待及协助处理好客户投诉。

13、对下属的日常管理、考核评估与业务指导。

14、严守公司机密,维护公司资产安全。
