I think its helpful for me to learn English well. After class, I always play games with my friends. We play basketball, soccer ball, volleyball, ping-pong and so on. they are very relaxing.

秋雨滋润着大地，刚要入睡的小草迅速地从大地妈妈的怀抱里探出头，大声地喊着：“兄弟们，快出来呀，我们有水喝了。”草儿听到呼唤，纷纷从花园里、墙角边挤出小脑袋，呼吸着新鲜空气，一个劲地把肚皮喝得圆溜溜的。小树也努力地伸展着身躯往上窜，好像说：“感谢你秋雨，我又长高了，能看见更远地方的东西了。” 雨在叮咚叮咚地下着，好像是舒伯特在弹奏《小夜曲》。夜静悄悄的，外面显得格外宁静，不时还能听到屋檐下滴落的雨声，好像在提醒我：“快睡吧，明天还要迎接新的挑战呢!”

今天，爷爷给我们买回了核桃。我仔细的观察核桃是什么样子的。
核桃一共有六层，第一层是它的外表，像青色的桃子，但是有些地方有点黑，也不十分圆滑，样子不好看。第二层是黄绿色的瓤，我用尺子量了量，有七毫米到一厘米不等的厚度。第三层是白色的网，它紧紧的贴着瓤，摸起来像丝绸一样，细细的、滑滑的，一摸就断。
第四层是最硬的壳，有像乌龟背上的纹路。撬开硬壳就能看到第五层核桃皮，核桃皮是黄色的，如果不剥开它，吃起来就又苦又涩，我们一般在吃核桃前要剥开皮。最后一层是核桃仁，它是白色的，凸凹不平的样子像脑髓，我想这是可以用来补脑的原因吧。
丑陋的核桃里边，居然有对我们很有用的东西。
