达成协议如下:

甲方权利及义务,甲方 收到该笔货款后,一周内交货.甲方对所售货物,不承担任何后续的包括但不限于保修在内的各种义务.乙方权利和义务

乙方应在合同签署后一周内支付货款.乙方负责到甲方指定的地点提货,并负责货物的运输及支付运费.乙方付款后享有合同货物的所有权.转让、修改、解除与终止

未经对方书面许可,任何一方都不得转让本合同或本合同项下任何权利和义务。
