第四章英国签证
一、移民签证
英国允许五类人移民：
1、家庭团聚移民
2、就业移民
3、商业移民
4、经济独立移民
5、作家、艺术家移民
（一）家庭团聚移民
英国公民可申请其配偶、子女、父母、祖父母和其他亲属入境团聚
英国永久居民中的男性可申请其妻子及其他亲属入境，但女性只能申请其丈夫入境
英国永久居民中可申请其未婚夫或未婚妻入境，但只能居留6个月，在此期间内办理结婚登记手续
（二）就业移民
必须先由英国的雇主代申请人申请工作证
工作证由就业部审批颁发，条件如下：
1、该职位无法在英国找到适当人选，雇主须在英国国内报章刊登招牌广告至少1个月，仍无法找到合适的人
2、受聘者必须有明确的职务和固定的雇主
3、受聘者必须具有一定的专业技能和有关的工作经验
4、受聘者的薪水和工作条件不得低于英国本土的同级工人
5、受聘者的年龄须在23-5
