今天，我看电视可不是闲着地看，为什么不是休闲地看呢？因为妈妈交给了我一项任务。妈妈要我当一下“小小天气预报员”，可是妈妈让我记哪几个城市的天气呢？这还得从我们一家三口暑假的安排说起，我们暑假的安排就是去旅游，去哪里旅游呢？去北京和西安，所以我这个“小小天气记录员”所要记得就是这两座城市。

l pictured having all these qualities.Strong, positive qualities...that people could pick up on from across a room.
But as time passed...few ever became any qualities l actually had.
And all the possibilities l faced,and the sorts of people l could be...all of them got reduced every year to fewer and fewer...
until finally they got reduced to one...to who l am.
And thats who l am...the weatherman.

天气预报岗位责任制度
天气预报是气象服务工作的一个重要手段，特别是灾害性、关键性天气预报，关系到国家财产、人民生命的安全和生产建设的顺利发展。任务艰巨，责任重大。预报人员必须牢固树立全心全意为人民服务的思想，对工作极端负责，对技术精益求精，自觉遵守各项规章制度，努力做准预报，搞好服务，为加速建设社会主义现代化强国而奋斗。
一、岗位专责制度
1、预报科（台）长职责
⑴ 在上级的领导下，安排好班次，组织好分工，带领全组同志努力完成预报服务任务。⑵ 安排落实全组的预报新技术研制工作。
⑶ 带领全组学习业务技术，总结预报和服务经验，特别是灾害性、关键性天气预报和服务的经验。
⑷ 参加值班，模范遵守和督促全组执行岗位责任制度、规范规定等。
