三、我的工作设想
假如组织信任我、群众支持我，让我当选村委委员、村妇联主席，我将结合我村的实际情况，以饱满的工作热情和高度的责任感开展好以下工作：
1、协调好各方面的.关系，主动向镇党委、政府汇报工作，争取上级领导的理解和支持；经常走访兄弟村和先进单位，进行业务上的交流和学习；经常走访群众，征求好的意见和建议，以融洽关系，方便工作。
2、进一步为育龄妇女服好务。作好政策宣传工作，将卫生健康宣传资料及时送到广大育龄妇女手中，帮助育龄妇女选择避孕措施，让广大育龄妇女了解卫生健康有关政策，继而支持村级工作；提供政策咨询，帮助广大育龄妇女办理有关手续，对于符合政策已怀孕的育龄妇女主动帮助办理好有关证件；提供上门服务，做育龄妇女的贴心人，进行产后、术后随访，及时送往避孕药具，告知应留意事项。
3、在做好本职工作的条件下，服从大局，积极配合村支两委开展好扶贫攻坚、综治维稳等其它工作，为xx村的全面发展和带领群众脱贫致富奔小康尽自己最大的努力。
