初中英语高效课堂教学总结
实行高效课堂以来,我从期盼——质疑——探索——赞同,觉得高效课堂是给学生一个自己的舞台,给老师一种新的希望,给学校一个更美好的未来。从自己的内心到对英语教学有以下几点反思:
一、走出教师心里屏障
十三年的教学工作,我已经习惯了以往的的课堂教学形式,实施了高效课堂就意味着这一切将发生翻天覆地的变化,对于高校课堂我抱有过怀疑的态度,但听了刘老师的一节英语课之后,我发现:同样一节课,老师上下来很轻松,学生兴趣很高,课堂气氛也很活跃。我平时也在不断反思,在高效课堂的教学中要尽快转换角色,逐步摸索,使自己能熟练驾驭、掌控高效课堂。
二、学生的自主学习很重要
以学生的自习课时间和其他时间内通过学生的主动学习、提前预习,来提高我们的课堂效率,导学案起到非常明显的作用。我们的英语课堂正是通过:基础知识填空的完善、典型例题的学习、课堂同步练习的训练、帮助学生预习新课、解决新课中的大部分简单单词,句型,把以往学生在课堂上的任务放在课下课前提前解决,让学生带着问题听课,经过这么长时间的的推行,觉得效率还是不错得。
三、课堂展示,展出自信和魅力
1、课前展示:应该在上课之前安排某一个同学根据本节课的需要,有针对性的安排学生进行激情展示。若需要激趣,可安排学生进行英语演讲、角色扮演对话等;若学生有能力可说突破难点,可安排学生有梯度的复习需要的知识等。
2、学生课堂激情研讨:让学生明确学习目标,带着问题对课文进行预习,培养学生的自学能力。课前学生的自主学习是“学案教学”的重要环节,而问题设计的好坏也直接关系到教学目标完成的状况。上课学生对问题的激烈讨论,更能知识能条理化、系统化和整体化,同学间互相帮助,增进学生间的感情,与此同时,在讲题中,学生更能找到自信。
3、课堂展示,让学生在有限的黑板空间,使学生能很好的表现出书写功底和概括能力。
4、激情点评,最好是脱稿,此环节让学生有了对题相应的知识点有了更深刻的印象,在讲的过程中做到条理清晰,环节明确,达到对题的方法的总结和对知识点的归纳。锻炼了学生的语言表达能力,概括能力。增强学生得自信心和勇气,使学生对学习有兴趣。
总之,对于高校课堂我虽然曾经也抱有过怀疑的态度,也怕学生虽然上课讨论的很积极,不知道他们是否真正能融入到新课堂中,是否真正的讨论过导学案中的问题。但是经过实践,我如释重负,学生的整体水平不但没有下降,还稍有提高。这也是让我最为高兴和欣慰的地方。另外,改革就难免有这样或者那样的问题,比如导学案的编写我自己还有很多困惑的地方;课堂上一些新课、习题课、复习课、具体操作还有很多瑕疵和不足;一些学生学习的积极性还没有提高上来;怎么能让那些爱学习的学生更加喜爱学习并帮助那些积极性不高的同学等等很多问题。但是我相信,既然有了好的开端,我就会一如既往的努力下去,只要有努力就有收获

一、遵循的理念:
