大家好!今天，我演讲的题目是养成良好的习惯。
有这样一个故事：很久以前，有个小和尚，想学会理发来帮寺庙的和尚剃发。于是他就开始用冬瓜练习，只是每次打水洗冬瓜时总要顺手把剃刀插到冬瓜上。没多久就学会了如何剃发，当他第一次帮人剃发，去打水洗头时，顺手把剃刀插了上去。结果可想而知，小和尚成了杀人犯。
究竟是什么给小和尚的一片好心带来害人害已的结果呢?答案很简单。就是因为他用冬瓜作练习时养成了把剃刀插向冬瓜的习惯，尽管为自己的师兄剃发时心里想着这是人不是冬瓜，但手却不听使唤，习惯性地把刀插了上去，因此，是那个小小的坏习惯害了他。
虽然这个故事有几分夸张，我们也不可能会是一个为别人理发的小和尚。可是同学们，你们有没有类似的坏习惯呢?比如：随地吐痰、随意骂人、说脏话、随手乱扔乱撂、经常大声喧哗、在楼道里追逐打闹、自习课上说话等，如果有，它们迟早会给你带来或大或小的麻烦。
这个故事再一次告诫我们：坏的习惯一旦养成，即使是很小的，也不容易改掉，最终会给自己和他人带来危害。所以，我们平时要养成一些好的习惯，良好的习惯能够使我们在各个方面受益匪浅：平时不浪费一分一秒，努力学习就会使成绩上升;尽自己的一份力维持班级的卫生，就很有可能使班集体成为卫生模范班，如果每个同学都这样，学校也会变得干净漂亮，我们在其中学习、生活也会心情舒畅;平时坚持锻炼身体，就可能在运动会上一展风采;帮同学讲解问题，也许会使自己有新的发现;在家中帮父母做一些力所能及的家务，自己能做的事自己做，不给父母增添不必要的麻烦
同学们，良好的习惯是成功的一半，养成良好的习惯，从现在，从自我开始吧!

大家好!今天我演讲的题目是《最初的梦想》
最初的梦想就握在自己手上，最想要去的地方就别在半路返航。
如果梦想不曾坠落悬崖，千钧一发，又怎么会懂得，执着的人，有双梦的翅膀。不顾一切疯狂追寻过，失落过，也妥协过，但都不能湮灭梦想兑现时的片刻欢喜。在梦想与现实交锋的那一瞬间，我看到了它们的差距。而这只是一个梦想的差距，需要太多的勇气，太多的才气，太多的热情，才能点燃青春的高潮。
是成为笑傲天穹的精灵，还是成为陆地上平庸的小丑，这一切都由你自己决定。当奥运健儿站在最高领奖台上，当国歌奏响、五星红旗缓缓升起的那个瞬间，我们看到是自豪、骄傲。可这自豪的背后又有多少不为人知的艰辛与汗水，要实现梦想就必须为之奋斗。战国时期的政治家苏秦。年轻时，学问不深，曾到好多地方做事，都不受重视。家人也瞧不起他。这对他的刺激很大。所以，他下决心发奋读书。常常读书到深夜，很疲倦，他便想出了一个方法，一打瞌睡，就用锥子往自己的大腿上刺一下。这样，猛然间感到疼痛，使自己清醒起来，再坚持读书。才有了“苏秦刺骨”的佳话。几千年前年轻的苏秦都懂得克制，更何况现在的我们呢?青春的日子请好好把握，不要等到梦里都麻木的一天，才懂得懊悔，更不要等到青春散尽的一天，才懂得珍惜。
让我们去回想我们最初的梦想，燃起我们的激情，洒一路汗水，饮一路风尘，咀嚼一路艰辛。让青春在红旗下继续燃烧，我们是搏击长空的鹰，是辽阔无垠的海，我们是有梦想，有作为的少年，我们乘风破浪，披荆砍棘，只为最初的梦，只为最炫目的光!

大家好!我演讲的题目是小事求大善，小节立大德。
今天的这方舞台只给了我百秒的时间，不过，大家一定都注意到了，刚才，我用了将近10秒的时间整理了我的衣装，并非常郑重地向大家鞠了一个躬。的确，我害怕超时带走我的得分，但我更害怕不甚整齐的衣领带走我给大家的好印象。超时影响的是我的成绩，但有失礼节的表现则会影响我作为一名中学生的形象。我从来自信是一个雄辩的人，但今天，我选择了首先用行动来证明小事也要求大善，小节也能立大德。

我们铭记着那些真正的伟人，只因仰头给人一个微笑，抬手放好一张座椅，就让人们对他的敬意油然而生;我们也叹息着那些一时的英雄，只因甩手一次扬长而去，下笔一段过激之词，就让昔日仰望的目光骤然消散。常常地，我们学会了忠孝仁爱礼义信，却不能够做到时刻记挂着每一个小节。何谓真正的大德 ?那就是讲究小节中的小节，用全部的自律和自觉把握那些不被注意的细处，把小节的优雅诠释到完全。就比如，一会儿，当这场比赛结束的时候，请你一定记得谦让周围的人，有序地离开。

Knowledge collaboration and all-round education
Ladies and gentlemen,We engineering students take it for granted that technology is changing incredibly fast.We are thinking nervously and seriously whether our colleges are failing to provide a foundation in the skills currently needed in industry.Take my major telecommunications for example.Scientists say that 21st century is a biomedical time, not an electrical time.But without the help of electronic data proceing and transformation, biomedical technology alone cannot go too far.Funny enough, the word biomedical itself is just a combination of two disciplines.So the interdisciplinary exploitation serves as the critical part for our electric and electronics world as well as any other fields to find new way of being.But the power of knowledge collaboration is certainly not restricted to science and engineering;it is in the full community of learning.Walking around campus I absorbed a reality that there is a seamle web between students from different profeional backgrounds.The engineering students are discuing animatedly in a philosophy lecture, speaking paionately in the public speaking club, and looking for sparkling ideas from learning history and arts.How wonderful that is!That, ladies and gentleman, is just a significant step forward to be well-rounded because once we jump out of the circle we can see the bigger picture.My friends, I hope that you have already got what university is all about.Please let me end my speech with the Nobel Prize winner Li Zhengdao’s words: “The realization of the perfect combination of science and engineering, science and arts, technology and humanity，is the greatest symbol of a university’s succe.” Thank you.知识的融合和人才的全面发展
我们理工科的学生都知道科技在以一种难以置信的速度变化发展着。我们都在紧张和严肃地思考着是否我们的大学能够为我们提供一个适应当前工业需要的知识基础。以我的专业通信工程为例，科学家们说21世纪是生物医学的世纪，而不是电气电子的世纪。但是如果没有电子化的数据处理和转换，生物医学时代就不能发展。有趣的是：“生物医学”这个词本身就是两个学科的结合，所以跨学科的开发手段就成了电气电子领域以及其他任何领域寻找新出路的关键。
但是知识的结合不仅仅局限在科学和工程中，而是在任何的学习中。徜徉在校园里，我看到了这样一个事实：理工科学生们在哲学讲座上讨论得热火朝天，在演讲俱乐部里激情地演说，在历史和艺术里寻找着闪光的思想。太棒了！朋友们，这就是我们能够全面发展的重要一步，因为当我们跳出自己的圈子时，我们能看到更大的图画。

Finding me time is important(琳)
Hello, my dear friends, it is my great honor to be here and give a speech.Today I want to talk about the importance of finding *me time*.May I begin my speech by asking you a question? Do you often feel tired, streed or worried? If you do have these problems, you are lack of me-time to relax yourself.Psychologist tell us that stre is caused by too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life.In my point of view, if you want to have a healthy mind and body, having your own me-time is very important.Let me take myself as an example.I was a carefree and outgoing girl before I entered the junior high school.I had much me-time and did anything I like after cla.I kept a lovely pet and whenever I have time I played with her happily.However, the situation is quite different now.When I want to turn on the TV、surf on the internet or go out shopping with my friends, my parents always look at me seriously and say “ Don’t forget to spend more time on your leons.If you don’t cherish every minute of your time, other students will catch up with you.”
So, every day, every moment, I am overwhelmed by all kinds of aignments.I become more and more silent and can’t sleep well before the exams because I’m dreed and worried about my results.I feel so tired and how I want to have me time to relax myself.I long for a period of time that I could walk in a small path in the countryside, sing my favourite song and smell the eence of nature.My dear friends, having your own me-time is important.I firmly believe that achievements depend on our health.If we want to have a more harmonious state to work better, we should find more *me time* and keep off the overwhelm strees.Talks, jokes, games, fresh air or beautiful scenes will be helpful for you.Trust me, you’ll be more refreshable and energetic.Change
Leo Tolstoy once said, everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.He is right.We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand that changes the world or benefits all of mankind.For example;we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean.Yet we still litter on the ground.We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation.We are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them.But, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more!
In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first.As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world.But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cuing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!
So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!

列夫·托尔斯泰曾说过：每个人都想改变这个世界，但是没有人想到改变自己。
他说的很有道理，我们每个人都心怀伟大时志向，时刻准备去干一番能造福全人类的大事业。比如，我们痛恨环境污染，所以我们下定决心去开发新的更高效更干净的能源来保护我们的环境，但是同时我们却随手乱扔垃圾；我们抱怨大城市的交通堵塞，计划造更多的高速路来解决交通问题，但是我们从来没有想过，如果我们能遵守交通规则话，那么这一问题是不是可以得到很大得缓解呢？我们担心电视电影里面得暴力会对我们得孩子产生不良的影响，于是我们敦促政府通过立法来保护未成年人，但是我们这些大人又做得怎么样呢？我们为我们的下一代做好了表率吗？我们说粗话，甚至在孩子面前抽烟。不客气地说，我们对孩子的不良影响更多！
在我看来，在我们打算改变这个世界之前，我们最好先改变一下自己。作为一个普通人，我们其实没有改变这个世界的能力，但是我可以改变我们随地扔垃圾，随地吐痰的坏习惯，我们应该学会去保护环境，我们应该为我们的孩子起好的表率作用。
如果我们每个人都能从小事起，那么千千万万个人力量汇聚在一起，那力量是强大的，足以改变这个世界。
朋友，当您在做某一件事情的时候，请您想一想，您的行为会对您周围的人产生怎样的影响，因为，您的行为不单单影响到您自己，还有您周围的人，更重要的是我们的孩子…甚至我们的世界。
Beggars Today
Beggars are one of the most familiar groups in every city.They accompany us from our childhood until now, and I've found both the beggars and I change in this journey.Years ago as a little girl, when I came acro some old and disabled beggars on the road, I'd donate some pocket money to them, happily thinking I was helping.s I have grown older, I've found the number of beggars has grown larger and they are more diverse.They appear in every corner of the city, on the overbridge, on the street, near restaurants, and even at your door.In contrast with the old days, it seems like the situation with beggars today is more complicated, which has made me hesitate before deciding whether to help them or not.It's hard for me to give them money considering some who appear beggars in day time but dre up and go to fancy restaurants at night;and some who are controlled by some illegal organization and the money they get all goes to the organization.If I help them, I'd be making the problem worse, I'd be doing harm to the society, indirectly.But it's also hard not to give them money, considering there're real beggars who really need help.If I don't help them, who will? And where is my sympathy?
What hurts me the most is not how hard it is to distinguish the real help-seekers from the many false ones, but that some children are forced by adults, sometimes even their parents, to beg.They grow up despised by the world, out of mainstream society.When I see their eyes filled with desperation and impudence instead of purity and innocence, my heart sinks.We don't know how they will face the world when they grow up, how this will shape their characters, and what they may do to the society, to perpetuate this cycle of violence.Months ago the Fu Jian government has promulgated a new policy to deal with 8 kinds of beggars.An internet survey shows that over 80% of voters reacted positively toward the policy.We know that one single policy cannot solve a problem as complex as this one, but we do look forward to some improvement.I wish all humanity can live like human.今日乞丐

想到那些白天装作乞丐行乞，而夜晚换装后跑到宾馆作乐的人；想到那些被不法集团控制，然后把乞讨来的钱上交给集团的人，我真的很难做到给他们钱。可是，想到那些真正需要帮助的乞丐，又很难做到不帮他们。如果不帮他们，我的同情心死到哪去了？
最让我难受的，并不是因为从众多的假乞丐中找出真乞丐是多么的困难，而是那些被成人，甚至被父母教唆，去乞讨的孩子们。他们在歧视中长大，和主流社会脱离。当我看到他们眼睛里本应有的纯真和童稚被绝望和无耻取代时，心里便很难受。我们不知道他们长大后会怎样面对这个世界，他们的性格会被童年的经历塑造成什么样子，以及他们有可能对社会做出怎样的事情---让恶性循环继续？
几个月前，福建省颁布了一项针对八类乞丐的新政策。网上调查显示，超过80%的人对此政策持乐观态度。虽然如此复杂的问题不能通过单单一项政策得以解决，我们还是期待着一些改善。愿所有的人都能像人一样活着。
Make Every Moment Count
One night, I complained to my mom about the lack of time.Finally she said,＂you are short of time just because you waste precious minutes on complaints and anxiety.The point is, no matter how full your schedule is, if you try really hard, you can always fit in some thing more.＂
It is the same with filling the jar.Even if you place a dozen fist-sized rocks and a bucket of gravel into the jar, there is still space for sand and water between the rocks and gravel.The lack of time is just the excuse for my negligence of every single minute.I believe that the great dividing line between succe and failure can be expreed in six words,＂I did not have enough time.＂The fact is I do have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.The point is I have never touched upon the real meaning of life which lies in snatching, seizing and enjoying every minute of it.No idlene, no delay, no procrastination, no complaint!It is during my moments of complaining or hesitation that my destiny is shaped.Once I make full use of every moment, I believe that, my worries will be gradually cut down to nothing.Time is the most valuable of all our poeions, but the most perishable as well.As Henry David Thoreau said,＂You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment.＂
Whenever I fell the lack of time in the future, I will tell myself ＂Carpe diem , seize the day, make every moment count.＂

This is a gla of water, tastele, right? However if you add sugar, it will taste sweet, but if you add vinegar, it will become bitter.The same is true with our life____ the flavor is created by our choices.If kindne is added to a strange you will have a friend;but if hostility is added, you will have an enemy.If love is added to a pile of red bricks you will have a home, but if hatred is add to those bricks , you will have an concentration camp.So my dear friends, never complain that life is boring and the world is disappointing.If don’t like the taste of your life, change the ingredients.Three year ago, I weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrament and frustration in my life.Like always failing my P.E examinations, like always being laughed at by girls, like being terrified to speak in public.It was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my paive attitude to become confident in myself.She said “ My dear, if you can’t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style.So I began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking.By choosing to change my outlook on life, I developed the confidence to make a difference and finally I found a totally new world.So my dear friend, if faith, hope, love, endurance are added to your life, you will find the confidence to conquer your limitation and embrace new challenges.And hopefully with my speech included, you will have a fantastic speech contest.改变生活的味道
