课前准备:
课本,录音机,挂图,实物。
教学过程:
Step1 Revision
T shows some words, Ss read the words together.
Step2 Talk together
1 T shows a box and says: I have a box. It’s a gift
from my student.
Do you want to know what it is? You can ask my
some Qs.
Ss try to ask: What’s this? Is it a …?
2 Talk together
1) Ss look at the picture of page6, and talk about
the picture.
2) Listen and answer: what’s in the box?
Who gives the gift?
T plays the tape, Ss listen and answer.
Play the tape again, Ss follow.
3) Practice
Ss read in pairs. Ss show.
Direct the children ‘s attention to the top of
the page6
T say “now we can read what we said . ”
Practise to read .
Step3 Listen and number
T has the children look at page6, and plays the tape. Ss listen and number. Check the answer.
Step4 Sounds and letters.
1 Show pictures of four objects. Ss read them aloud.
2 Direct the children’s attention to the sound /b/.
3 Play the tape again and have the children say
the words aloud.
4 Repeat the procedure for the /p/ words.
Step5 Listen and write.
1 T: Who can say the words of the pictures? Ss
try to say.
2 Play the tape for “peach”, Ss look at the word under the picture, say “Which letter is missing?”
3 Play the tape again and have the children write
the letter p on the line to complete the word.
4 Repeat the procedure for the other words .
Step6 Summary
