下面向大家介绍比赛要求及程序，本次比赛分讲演，回答问题两个部分，满分100分。
演讲应紧密结合------部及各单位改革发展实际，以讲述团员青年在追求东风梦想，打造百年------的实践中，立足岗位、学习成才的典型人物、典型事迹或我与东风的情感、我在---的成长、我对---的期望等为内容，演讲题目自拟，演讲内容要积极向上，能充分反映广大青年敬业爱岗、创新图强、诚信奉献、文明和谐的良好精神风貌。
英语演讲比赛决赛满分100分，分讲演、与现场问答两部分。第一部分 讲演(60分)
（1）语言（20分）
要求：发音准确、吐词清晰、语调流畅、语速适中
（2）内容（20分）
要求：内容详实、立意较高、文笔流畅、积极向上
（3）临场表现（20分）
要求：着装整洁、仪态端庄、表情自然、声情并茂
第二部分 现场问答（40分）
（1）能准确理解题意（10分）
（2）反应敏捷（10分）
（3）回答流畅准确（10分）
（4）思维具创造性（10分）

Welcome and thank you all for coming this Youth English Speech Contest!I’m Jiang Ye, it’s my great honor to host this contest.The Youth English Speech Contest is sponsored by Communist Youth League of Dongfeng Component Division, and held by Shiyan Plant Communist Youth League of Dongfeng Dana Axle Co,.Ltd.Today, there will be 26 contestants from 17 sub-commpanies of Dongfeng Component Division.First, let me introduce our leaders and judges!
