Alfred: In today's Grand Final, there are 14 contestants;they are all the winners of the preliminary speech.These contestants have given very impreive performances, so we know that, today, it will be a very rigorous competition。

Mary: Thank you!Thanks for Profeor Chen’s wonderful speech.Now, let me introduce the rules for this final.Alfred:非常感谢陈院长的精彩致辞。现在，请允许我宣读本次比赛的规则。
Mary: The Final consists of 3 parts, part 1,prepared speech;part 2.questions and answers；part 3, impromptus speech.Alfred:本次比赛分3部分，总分为100分，第一部分为：命题演讲，占60分，每位选手将有3分钟时间进行命题演讲，演讲主题为“No pain no gains or happine.”
第二部分为：评委提问，占20分；评委老师会针对选手的演讲提出2个问题,本环节时间为3分钟。第三部分为：即兴演讲，占20分，此环节每位选手的演讲时间为两分钟；（平均每位选手的总时间为八分钟）A:本次大赛专业组和非专业组设置了最佳台风奖及最佳班级组织奖各一名。
Alfred: Besides, all the contestants should mind the time.During your speaking, a staff member will raise a red cardboard as a signal that 30 seconds is left.Then, at the end of the speaking, a bell will ring to let the speaker know that the time has run out.So, remember, mind the time please.Mary: 特别要说明的是，选手一定要注意时间。当距离结束前30秒，工作人员会举红牌示意；结束时会有铃声提醒。
Alfred: Our judges shall give scores in a fair and objective manner.All the contestants shall be given equal opportunities to perform, and without bias Mary:我们的评委将会以“公平, 公正，公开”为原则，为今天的所有参赛选手进行评分。本次大赛组委会将会对所有选手进行公正的评比！
