I'm very glad to stand here and give my short speach to you.I' m a young English teacher from XueLang Primary School.I'm No.4.Today my topic is “Holiday”.我很高兴地站在这里，给我简短的发言给你。我是年轻的英语老师从XueLang小学。我四号。今天我的主题是“假日”。
As we known, there is a lot of holidays in every country, especially in China.You see，the new year is coming，2009.And the first holiday of 2009 is the New Year’s Day.So, I want to give my best wishes to you and a “Happy New Year!”

Well, when I’ve got this topic, I remember a holiday at once, that is the Children’s Day——the Children’s Day last year.Why? Because there is really something impreed me.那么，当我有这个问题，我记得度假一次，这是儿童节-在儿童节去年。为什么?由于实在的东西我留下深刻的印象。
During the first year of my teaching career, I always work with full paion and attention.I like children, I like to study and play with them.Sometimes, they make me feel that I’m not a teacher but a friend.I believe that if a student like you and he will like the subject you teach.在第一年我的教学生涯中，我总是工作，充分的热情和关注。我喜欢孩子，我喜欢研究，发挥他们。有时候，他们让我觉得我不是一个老师，而是朋友。我认为，如果一个学生喜欢你，他会喜欢你的主题教育。
Every Children’s Day, people will hold a big celebration, so do our school.Before that day, we would make preparations for the activities.I and another new teacher were in charge of the “Ringers” game.We felt a little nervous because we had no experience.So we tried our best to decorate the place to attract children.And we took our computer with us to play the funny cartoon music.Then we wait for children to come.每一个儿童节，人们将举行大型庆祝活动，所以我们学校。在此之前一天，我们会作准备的活动。我和另一个新老师是负责的“铃声”游戏。我们觉得有点紧张，因为我们没有经验。所以，我们尽了最大的努力来装饰的地方，以吸引儿童。我们在我们的计算机与我们合作，发挥有趣的卡通音乐。然后，我们等待孩子来。
Out of our surprise, when the celebration began, lots of children rushed to our place and asked for playing the game.There was a long line.The music played and played, children happily came and went.But time was limited.40 minutes later, we had to declare game over.At that time, I saw a little boy who didn’t want to leave, when we said to him the game was over again, he even cried.So, I let him play again.And he got the last toy.When I gave the prize to him, he smiled and said “ Thank you, teacher.” I felt so satisfied and because of the smile I wasn’t tired at all.在我们的惊讶，当庆祝活动开始时，许多儿童送往我们的位置，并要求玩游戏。有一长排。音乐比赛和发挥，孩子高兴地来了又走了。但时间是有限的。40分钟后，我们不得不宣布比赛结束。在那个时候，我看到了一个小男孩，谁不想离开，当我们对他说，比赛是一次又一次，他甚至哭了起来。所以，我让他再上场比赛。他拿到了最后的玩具。当我给他的奖金，他笑着说： “谢谢你，老师。”我觉得很满意，因为我是微笑不累的。

——“守望小学英语教学”演讲稿
各位领导、各位老师：
大家好！
九月是收获成功的季节，九月是充满希望的季节，九月也是我人生做出重要选择的季节。在这丹桂飘香的九月，我与小学英语结下了不解之缘，不知是我守望着她，还是她期待着我。在九月英语教学逐渐成为我生活中的一种需要，融入我的生活，成为我体现工作价值、生命价值的有力见证。
刚开始，我常常为自己薄弱的语法基础、贫乏的口语深感汗颜，但对于English的那份执着告诉使我--永不言放弃。由于经验不足，我在教学中常常遇到这样那样的问题，但失败浇不灭我对英语教学的如火热情，俗话说得好，“学习是知识的源泉，知识是学习的指南”，我下定决心在学习中充实自己，武装自己。很荣幸我参加了市县组织的小学英语培训，通过学习，使我大开眼界：授课教师抑扬顿挫的讲解，师生流畅自如的英语对白、学科专家生动详实的精辟点评，令我深深折服、叹为观止，从而再次坚定了我做好英语教学的信心、决心和恒心。
榜样虽好，但“依葫芦画瓢”却不见得会一蹴而就。虽然教学中遇到了沟沟坎坎，磕磕绊绊，但我依然不懈地追寻着自己的永不泯灭的希望，在这样的一种信念的支撑下，我昂首行进在英语教学的漫漫征程之中，在英语教学这块沃土上默默地耕耘着。
“功夫不负有心人”！当连字母都读不准的学生欣喜地向我说：“I was succeful!”；当视英语为恶魔的学生带着满脸的成就感向我说：“I can be the teacher.”；当见了英文就头痛的学生向全班
学生说出“:I love English！”的时候，我知道我成功了。“一份耕耘一分收获”，风雨之后我终于见到了彩虹，此时此刻，我感觉世界是那么的美妙，生活是那么多彩，这不就是我梦中的希望吗？这不就是我对美好生活的渴求吗?
在我的心中有一个践诺——那便是“守望”，在我的手中有一粒金色的种子——那便是希望，在我的生活中有一个目标—那便是成功。我用我的双手在孩子们的心中播下渴求知识的种子，我用我的勤奋在孩子们的心中播下热爱学习的种子„„也在我的心中播下希望的种子。我用心守望着这份希望,我用爱守护着这份希望，默默地看着她破土发芽，看着她开花结果，我坚信幼苗终会长成参天大树。
我要大声说：守望着自己爱着的田地，不就是人生最大的幸福吗？

Every leaders and teachers,September is a season of harvesting succe, a season of full of hope and a season for me to make important decision..In the September when the orange osmanthus give out sweet fragrance, I have made friends with primary English.Whether I am keeping out her or she is expecting me, English teaching is becoming a demanding of my life eventually and becoming a powerful testimony to embody my value of woke and life.A t first, I always felt shamed for my grammar weakne and lack of oral English, however, the persist in English told me to never give up.It is well said that:” Learning is the sources of knowledge and knowledge is the guide of learning.” I made the decision to enrich and equipment myself in the proce of learning.It is my pleasure to have joined the
training of primary English-teaching several times.Through the learning, I have broaden my horizon widely: teaching teachers’ cadent explaining;the fluent English dialogue between the teacher and students;the
trenchant comments of the experts made me be filled with admiration and strengthen my confidence ,resolution and perseverance of doing well of English-teaching.Though the example is good, following after a fashion is not sure to be succeful.It is avoidable that there are some troubles and problems in the proce of teaching, which will not damp down my enthusiasm to the English-teaching and I still pursuit my ever-lasting hope enduringly.Under the support of this belief, I raise my head and advance in the long journey of English-teaching and cultivate in the fertile soil of
English-teaching.“Everything comes to him who waits”---When the student who can not read the letters clearly said to me pleasantly:” I was succeful”;when the student who regard English as the most disgusting thing said to me with achievement all over the face :”I can be the teacher”;when the student who felt sick of English said to all the cla :”I love English”, I know I succeed!“o pains, no gains.” After the storms I have seen the rainbow.At that moment, I felt that the world is so beautiful and the life is so colorful, which is the hope in my dream and eager for the beautiful life.There is a promise in my mind----“lookout”,;there is a golden seed in my hand---hope;there is a goal in my life----succe.I sowed the seeds of eagerne of knowledge in the minds of children with my hands, I sowed the seeds of loving learning in the minds of children with my diligence and also sowed the seeds of hope in my mind.I am watching the hope with my heart, defending the hope with love, seeing her sprouting、flowering and fruiting silently, I have the confidence that the seeding will become a grant tree at last!
