What make certain individuals independent thinkers? what characteristics separate individuals like Einstein,Beethoven ,Freud and Bill Gates from other in their respective domains? Is it poible to create structures in our education system which will encourage and foster independent thinking? I will argue that self-confidence.You must believe in yourself in order to be able to reach all your dreams and goals.you need to take full responsibility for everything you are doing and everything you are not doing that continues to keep you moving toward your dreams or away from them.there is no magic formula for succe.Other than working hard ,believing in yourself ,confidence and positive energy.You must ask for what you want.you must trust your instincts.you must learn from your mistakes.You must take baby steps when this is neceary and you must take full strides when the occasion calls for it.You must know that you are worth everything this world has to offer.You must believe it in everyfiber of your being.However,there are times when we are faced with illnees,disorders,all disabilities,some type of tragedy that causes us to lose contact with ourselves and the word in which we live.Our happine begins to fade and our heart begins to grow heavy.This affects the way we think,live ,feel and the way we look at life.There
are some situations where all you can do is to simply let go and move on,to gather courage together and choose a direction that carries you toward a new dawn.So pack up your troules and take a step forward.The proce of change can be tough,but think about all the excitement ahead if you can be stalwart enough.Though barriers may sometimes stand in the way of your dreams.Remember that your destiny is hiding behind them.Have faith in your judgment ,catch the star that twinkles in your heart and it will lead you to your destiny’s path.Follow that pathway and uncover the sweet sunrises that await you.Succe is your past,your present and your future.Live your dreams.Believe in yourself and you will soar above everything you ever thought you could.Of course as a teacher, we should cultivate the confidence of students and encourage them ,smile at themwhen they get a little bit of progre.To help when they encounter difficulties in a timely manner.so that they can acquire some knowledges in a relaxed atmosphere and can believe in themselves , believe that they can learn, can learn better.Ladies and gentlemen，I am honored that I can stand here.Whatever the result is I won’t regret,because I've tried my best!
