英语作文一般是用30分钟的时间写一篇不少于150词的作文，我建议写150-180词，最好不要超过200词。平时练习的时候最好用20分钟左右的时间写完一篇完整的文章。下面我就09-10这两年的试题讲一下作文的写法，这只是我个人的想法，仅供参考。文章整体：我建议写3-4段，一般为3段
针对这两年主要涉及到了两种作文的写法，一种是提纲式作文，一种是议论文。其实在提纲式作文中包括议论文的写法。下面呢，我就详细的说一下。
一、提纲式作文-----三段式作文
有三种题型：
1、提出一个话题，有正反两个观点，然后再谈一下自己的看法
第一段，说明话题并引出正反两个观点；第二段，详细论述正反两个观点；第三段，陈述一下自己的看法及建议。
2、引出一个可能是错误的观点，然后根据这个观点谈论一下自己的看法及建议
第一段，详细说明一下这个观点；第二段，说明自己的观点或立场；第三段，详细说明一下支持自己观点的论据
3、现象描述：给出一个社会或者校园现象，让你根据这个现象谈一下自己的看法及建议 第一段，描述一下社会或者校园现象；第二段，说明一下产生的原因或者其产生的影响；第三段，阐述一下自己的看法及建议（1）引出话题

There is no denying the fact that studying abroad is a hotly debated topic today.Obviously, studying abroad has a number of rewards/advantages.In the first place, a student can have acce to advanced science and technology as well as desirable working conditions which might not be available at home.In the second place, he can be exposed to entirely new ideas and trends.Last but not least, by living and studying in a foreign country, one can improve his foreign language much faster than at home.Neverthele, as every coin has two sides, studying abroad also confronts one with a series of hardships.For one thing, learning a foreign language is far from an easy thing at the beginning for most people.For another, a completely new environment with different customs and habits may also be a barrier to overseas students, especially to the young.An added difficulty lies with finance: it can cost a lot to study abroad.From my point of view, the advantages of studying abroad outweigh its disadvantages.But it is a big decision to go abroad to study and one should take into consideration his financial conditions and his ability to adapt to new surrounding.Personally, I choose to go abroad and study if I find it neceary.(214 words)

Nowadays, more and more college students would rather start their own busine than go for the jobs in companies.Meanwhile the government has adopted many policies to encourage such small undertaking by providing them with benefits or financial advantages.The first reason behind this phenomenon is the endle supply of college graduates and the limited job vacancies.As is known to all, college graduates are facing severe job-hunting competition, and some if them are forced to set up their own busine.Moreover, some ambitious college graduates are not satisfied with being employed by others.They want to develop and prove their talents by running their own busine.Besides, the government's encouragement has stimulated more college students' enthusiasm to take this way.In my opinion, the general idea of starting one's own undertaking is a good idea.However,not all people are cut out to be entrepreneurs, because some of them may lack the drive,vision and ability to handle a lot of hard work and discouragement.Therefore, carefully consider the practicality of the venture, and make full preparation before you start it.(174words)
