北京M签证延期申请材料--参考
一、申请对象
来京进行商业贸易活动的外国人
二、申请材料及要求
（一）有效护照或者其他国际旅行证件。
（二）使用黑色墨水笔完整填写《外国人签证证件申请表》，粘贴一张2寸近期白色背景正面免冠照片。
（三）申请人本人已在居住地派出所或旅店办理有效住宿登记。
（四）在京邀请单位依法登记证明，根据单位性质不同，提交营业执照、外国（地区）企业常驻代表机构登记证等。
（五）持M字签证的，提交邀请、接待单位或个人出具的证明函件。函件应当能说明申请人来华的详细信息，内容全面详实。合作伙伴为个人的，出具的函件应当签名并提交本市户口簿或暂住证。
（六）根据具体情况，可提交体现邀请、接待单位经营状况的相关证明。
（七）出入境管理局根据具体情况要求提交的其他申请材料。
三、申请时限
（一）申请M签证延期的，可以申请延长停留期不超过180日。
（二）申请换发M签证的，可以申请换发入境有效期不超过１年，停留期不超过180日的零次、一次、二次或多次签证。签证换发的停留期限自本次入境之日起连续累计不得超过1年。
（三）延长签证停留期限，仅对本次入境有效，不影响原签证的入境次数和入境有效期，且累计延长的停留期限不超过原签证注明的停留期限。
四、注意事项
（一）申请人须接受面谈。已满60周岁以及因疾病等人道原因行动不便的，可以由邀请单位或者个人、有关专门服务机构（需提交代办人身份证件复印件）代为申请。但出入境管理局通知面谈的，须本人接受面谈。
（二）申请材料均交验原件并留存复印件，其中，申请材料及要求第五项提交原件。
（三）外文申请材料（英文除外），应当经有资质的翻译公司翻译成中文后提交。
（四）未注销中国户籍的人员，应注销户籍后再提出申请，必要时提交相关派出所出具的户籍注销证明。
（五）相关法规提示参照第23号《外国人申请签证证件相关法规提示须知》。本须知由出入境管理局负责解释。
Instructions on Application for M(Busine)Visa Extension or Renewal for Foreigners I Applicant Eligibility Foreign nationals who are invited to Beijing for busine activities II Supporting Documents and Relative Requirement 1.Valid paport or other international travel documents.2.Completely filled VISA / STAY PERMIT / RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM with recent half-length, white background, bareheaded, full-faced 2-inch color photo.Please fill in the application form in black ink or sign pen.3.Valid accommodation registration of the applicant obtained from local police station or hotel of present residence.4.Relevant certificates of the host organization relating to its legal status in Beijing, such as enterprise busine license, registration certificate for permanent representative institution of foreign(regional)enterprise, etc., depending on various nature of host organization.5.For current M visa holders, certification letter from the host and inviting organization or individual, which shall give every detail of the applicant’s travel to China and all information provided shall be true and correct.As for individual host or partner, signed certification letter and Beijing Household Register or Temporary Residence Permit in Beijing and Identification Card shall be submitted 6.In the light of the circumstances, supporting materials relating to the state of busine of host and inviting organization.7.Other supporting materials that the Exit-Entry Administration Department may require.Ⅲ Timeline for Application 1.M visa holders could apply for an extension with validity of up to 180 days.2.Non-M-visa-holders could apply for an M visa renewal with the validity of le than 1 year, the stay duration of le than 180 days and various number of entries from zero to multiple.However the accumulative duration of stay with the renewed visa could not exceed 1 year from the date of the latest entry of China.3.The extension of a current M visa is only valid for this referred entry and does not affect the number of entries or the validity on the original visa.The accumulated term of extension shall not exceed the original duration of stay which is specified on the visa.ⅣPoints for Attention 1.The applicant shall go through a face-to-face interview.However, for humanitarian reasons, in case the applicants are aged above 60, or inconvenient to travel due to disability, the host organization or individual, or a particular service agency can submit the application on behalf of the applicant(a copy of the trustee’s ID is required).Nonethele, if the Exit-Entry Administration Department notifies the applicant that an interview is neceary, the applicant must go through the interview personally.2.For the above-stated materials, the original documents need to be verified, and submit the copies, whereas for Paragraph 5 of Supporting Documents and Relative Requirement, the original document shall be submitted.3.Any application materials in foreign language(except English)should be translated into Chinese by qualified translation Company before submiion.4.Applicant who doesn’t nullify cancel China's household registration should apply after the cancellation of household registration.The relevant cancellation certificate iued by local police station of the registration shall be submitted if the Exit-Entry Administration Department consider it neceary.5.Relevant rules please refer to No.23 Notice of the Regulations on Foreigners’ Visa Application.The right to interpret this Instruction shall reside in the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, and all the rights of modification are reserved.
