(raising income)money comes with the opulence, honor and circumstance(a escalation in social status), disadvantage of money can be overweight（overweigh）the benefits it take.Obviously, qualities of teaching can be enhanced by raising the honor of the school(promotion of a better school’s reputation), the(increasing)rate of the extraordinary students or improvement of(advancement in)teaching equipments.The details why I choose this are as follows.[ this statement is absolutely crap].Firstly, raising the teachers’ payment can not push teachers into a complete concentration on the teaching and education.What teachers care most about is the source of students.If students have fantastic futures with happine and opulence.Teachers will be happier than before.(Teachers are motivated by the achievements and accomplishments of students rather than the financial rewards).Because of the excellent students taught by the teachers, they will also benefit from this case, attacking(WTF?)lots of other students with the fees of teaching.（This sentence contradicts your argument）Money will then comes with not only a kind of expect given from the leaders but also the representative of honor and mortal virtues, which motivates the teachers to concentrate on their great enterprise.For example, Shenzhen Middle School, a famous school in Shenzhen, gathering the well-known and highly experienced teachers without good equipments exhibiting the old form such as the old cracked clarooms.(亲这句的谓语在哪？)In that case, teachers are not really care about the payments and condition there.Secondly, raising teachers’ payments will not make sense in some ways, for the teachers will not be concerned about the extra money only if the leaders mention the situation.(ETS的考官不了解中国国情).Money can not attract the teachers’ attention, for they only regard the money as the past fruit of（what the fuck is this ?）laboring.They will still tend to be as what they like in the past.The qualities of teaching will not change.Teachers’ teaching should build up on the basis of the much concentration of teachers.For example, the teachers with high-paying(high payments)in Xinlan School tend to be in the low situation in the whole province now but used to be highly prized in province of China.(例子没有解释清楚论点)Finally, payment which used in the teachers will not change the skills of teachers.Skill will be immutable only if the teachers undergo the harsh training.(Training, rather than other “short cut”, is the only way that teachers can improve their skills).Whatever how much money will be given to the teachers, they will still in the situation(in what situation?).The money will cause the teachers think much about the benefits taken from money.As I think, it is better to put more money in the equipments rather than in teachers’ income, teachers are the great job that make most of the teachers work hard on their works(病句)and they indeed want to teach us and what they do are always for our sake.Otherwise, income may motivate the teachers feel under preure.To sum up, you can easily know from me（my eay）that I do not consider the increasing income for teachers is a better choice, thinking about(based on)the greed, desire and lazy it takes.
