引言
高职院校思想政治（以下简称思政）理论课教育教学是对高职生进行系统思政教育的主要渠道和主阵地，是提高高职生思想道德素质的重要途径。他在引导和帮助高职生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和法治观方面，发挥了不可替代的积极作用。然而，在新世纪、新阶段随着世界经济政治的发展，随着建设中国特色社会主义事业的推进，高职院校思政教育出现了一些新特点，思政教育教学的环境、任务、内容、渠道和对象等方面都发生了很大变化。传统乃至目前思政课的教学观念、教学内容、教学方法手段、考核方式等越来越难以为继，“专业课认真听，选修课随便听，政治课不想听”已成为高职院校屡见不鲜的现象，思政课教育教学的吸引力和时效性仍面临着严峻的考验。因此，深化思政教育教学改革势在必行。本文深入系统的分析高职院校思政教育教学的新特点，面临的问题，探索新时期我国高职院校加强学生思政教育的对策。高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设现状
思想政治理论课教师是高等学校教师队伍的一支重要力量，是党的理论、路线、方针、政策的宣讲者，是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。进一步加强思想政治理论课教师队伍建设，提高教学水平，用中国特色社会主义理论体系武装大学生，用社会主义核心价值体系引领各种社会思潮，把他们培养成德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，对于全面实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略，确保实现全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的宏伟目标，确保中国特色社会主义事业兴旺发达、后继有人，具有十分重大而深远的意义。
改革开放以来特别是党的十六大以来，各地各高等学校采取多种措施加强思想政治理论课教师队伍建设，取得了较好成效，积累了一定经验。广大思想政治理论课教师爱岗敬业、勤奋工作，取得了明显成绩。但是，从总体上看，思想政治理论课教师队伍的状况，还不能很好地适应新形势新任务的需要。特别是一些学校不同程度地存在对思想政治理论课认识不足、重视不够；教师队伍整体素质有待提高，数量不足，优秀中青年学术带头人缺乏；学科支撑薄弱，教学科研组织亟待规范等问题。在思想政治理论课新方案全面实施，教材建设取得突破性进展的情况下，加强教师队伍建设、提高教师队伍的素质和水平，显得尤为迫切。加强我国高校思政师资队伍建设的对策
3.1 树立现代教育理念
思政工作是一项复杂的系统工程，高职院校思政工作是一项全方位立体工程，必须牢固树立“大思政”思想。高职院校的每一位员工，上至领导下至教师及具体工作人员，都要提高自身的思政素质，都要注意自己的一言一行，严格按照学校的规章制度和总体工作思路去约束自己的行为，在学生面前作出表率，要牢固树立教书育人、管理育人、服务育人的思想，加强教育意识、育人意识，从关心学生的学业、生活入手，进而关心他们的思想成长。高等学校的所有课程均具有思政教育的功能，所有教师都应该承担思政教育的责任，象上海交大的晏才宏老师那样做“传道授业”的最好演绎。专业教育不是纯粹的知识教育，而是思想观念、思维方式、生产方式和生活方式的教育。各个专业、各门学科都包含了思想道德方面的内容，教师应该为人师表，教师的思想品德、治学态度、行为习惯对学生的世界观、人生观、价值观的养成起着耳濡目染的作用。因此，专业课教师应在教学各个环节上严格要求自己，正确对待学生，寓育人于教书，在育人中教书，因人而异，因材施教。
3.2 加强高职学校思想政治理论课教师队伍的培养培训工作
建立和完善培训体系。各地各高等学校要制定教师培训规划，建立和完善有重点、分层次、多形式的培训体系，努力使培训工作经常化、制度化。重点深化岗前培训、课程轮训、骨干教师研修和在职培训。坚持先培训后上岗，着力提高新任教师适应岗位要求、胜任本职工作的能力。坚持每次开课前的全员再培训，做到先培训后开课。继续做好高校思想政治理论课骨干教师和全国高校哲学社会科学教学科研骨干研修工作。各地各高等学校要从实际出发，开展形式多样的教师培养培训工作，努力提高教师的理论素养、教学水平和科研能力。
重点深化岗前培训、课程轮训、骨干教师研修和在职培训。坚持先培训后上岗，着力提高新任思想政治理论课教师适应岗位要求、胜任本职工作的能力。坚持每次开课前的全员再培训，做到先培训后开课。同时高职院校要从实际出发，通过开展形式多样的教师培养培训工作，努力提高教师的理论素养、教学水平和科研能力。此外，高职院校还需制定思想政治理论课教师继续教育计划，把组织思想政治理论课教师在职学习作为主要途径，使广大教师边工作边提高。尽量创造条件适时安排教师通过脱产或半脱产进修、名师指导、国内外学术交流等形式到重点高等学校进修深造、教师脱产或在职攻读博士、硕士学位，提升队伍的学位学历层次，使思想政治理论课教师的学历层次和整体素质有明显提高。
3.3 高职学校建立健全师资队伍建设的相关机制，为师资队伍建设提供机制保障
高校党委组织要能够意识到思想政治课程开展的重要性，充分发挥思想政治课程的教育作用，领导思想政治师资队伍建设工作，高校党委要能够根据国务院对加强大学生思想道德、政治教育工作的指导意见，提高大学生思想道德素养与师资队伍建设这一工作落实到位。高校党委要配备监管人员与领导人员，促进这项任务的完成，将培养青年骨干教师作为加强思政师资队伍建设的着重点，同时还需要投入充足的人力、物力、财力来保障师资队伍建设的顺利开展。建立一支专业素养强、业务水平高的思想政治师资队伍需要有充足的物力、财力做保障，目前我国许多高校对师资队伍建设的投入不足，甚至有些高校表示思想政治课程不会给高校的建设带来任何经济利益，建设师资队伍完全是浪费高校的资源。高校的这种思想意识对高校思想政治课程师资队伍建设造成了不良影响。因此高校党委需要为师资队伍建设提供机制保障，为师资队伍建设提供资金保障并做好领导规划工作。结语
