cause.But after i worked in goverment for one month , I found that civil servants,especially earlier in career, must write a lot of meaningle documents,take part ina lot of boring meetings ,butoftenignorethe most urgent problems aboutpeople.Besides,government’s organization structureis too mechanical,and the members in ithavetocomply with manynasty
