People need encouragement and praise.Firstly, Encouragement and praise will make people feel they are supported while they will not give up things they are good at.For example, parents always encourage their children to overcome the barriers they meet and children will always become stronger.Secondly, When people succeed, we praise them their effort and the great outcome.So they will feel awarded and they will go on to next station instead of becoming self-satisfied.Besides , we may not be lucky enough to achieve our goals all the time.In fact , setback always lies along the way to succe and too often we are turned down by failures.So,we need encouragement and praise when we are in trouble,which can give us hope and make us stand up again.3.Can you think of any ways in which Chinese culture affects gender roles?
Yes, there are many traditional Chinese gender concepts affect gender roles in today’s society.In ancient tome, the Chinese ideology of feminine inequality considers women to be inferior and subordinated to men by nature, and hence should be subjected to a double standard of marriage and related matters.The only place delegated to women was in the family where they would play the

Creativity is not something one is just born with, nor is it necearily a characteristic of high intelligence.It is the matter of using the resources one has to produce original ideas that are good for something.First, Teachers should make sure they are giving their students a lot of choice
and different options when it comes to aignments and projects.Second, not imposing too many aignments and rules on students, giving students choices, providing students opportunities to become aware of their creativity, and accepting students as they are.For example, when students are given a research aignment, teachers could encourage students to either write a paper, do a presentation, perform an experiment, or use technology to present information.This gives all students the chance to complete the aignment in their own creative style.Not only can teachers give options on aignments, they can ask students how they would like to accomplish the task.Giving students this kind of choice empowers them and hopefully motivates them to do their best.5.Do you think we should take star athletes as role models? Yes, I think so.Whether they like it or not, athletes are role models.If they participate in national or international sports and win, we admire them.We don’t necearily worship them, but we think about their courage and determination when we are discouraged.Most athletes have qualities that make them good examples for other people.They aim for perfection and have a lot of self-discipline（自律）.These are positive characteristics that most people would like to have.Since we live in a competitive world today, we need the qualities that athletes have in order to succeed.6.What’s the riskiest activity have you ever taken? Why would people like to take risks?
Taking Roller coaster is the riskiest activity I have ever taken.Life is full of risks.Someone who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life.So taking risks is an eential part of growth and progre.If we look at some famous people we know, obviously they are all good risk takers.In addition to making achievements, some people take risks to enjoy a new experience and to challenge themselves.They want to look like a courageous guy or a strong person.Taking risks will make them feel more confident and competent.They also want to enjoy the excitement in risk taking because their lives are otherwise too peaceful and comfortable.7.How will you react before the final exams? Are there any poible alternatives for evaluating students’ performance other than finals?
I will stay in the dormitory all day or go to the library and then recite the books
again and again.There are no recreation at all but the books，the books andthe books.After reviewing the books for whole day, I will turn into mad and feel so tired.For me, I think the final exam is of no use for us at all.At least for my major. Yes, of course.We can use a variety of alternative ways of evaluating student

Actually no.I have never thought of the relationship between time and health.But I have read an article about the relationship between them.It is really funny.First, when to have meals is related to health.In china, we have three meals in a day.A research has found that taking breakfast at 7 o’clock is healthier than others.Three hours before going to bed.we had better not eat anything else or that will affect our Sleep quality
Second, when to sleep is related to health.In general, people need 7~8 hours to sleep in a day.Cause our bodies need sufficient time to rest after a whole day working and prepare for tomorrow.So it is good and healthful for us to go to bed before 11 o’clock.as the saying goes: One hour's sleep before midnight is worth three after.Is Writing Better than Calling?
