Jan.10th, 2010 Dear Manager,As a student of the university, I am writing this letter to make some suggestions for improving the service of our university library.On the whole, I think our library functions pretty well.But its service is far from being perfect.First and foremost, I highly recommend an inquiry desk at the front door, which will make it more convenient for students to ask for aistance whenever neceary.Then, it would be more time-saving if a librarian can help go through the procedures.Last but not least, I feel that it would be beneficial if you can ensure a quiet atmosphere in the reading room, I often found myself disturbed by others’ chatting.It is my sincere hope that you will take my advice into consideration.Yours sincerely,Li Ming
