How to keep healthy
What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive.But if our health was taken away, we would surely die.That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly.In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies.I also eat little meat.I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body.Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.What＇s more, I think friends are an important part of one＇s health.Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick le than those who don＇t.I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone.When I am with my friends, I always laugh.Laughing is also an important part of health.I like to laugh with my friends.By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy.By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy.these things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them.I think a strong will is neceary if we want to keep healthy.How I Spent My Summer Vacation-我如何渡我的暑假

32“C or more.Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned.Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to let myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body le sticky.Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim.In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my clamates and we all had a good time.This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun.As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away.In other words, I must find time to study, too.So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.I love my family,because I have a happy family.My father is an English teacher.His name is Jacky.He is thirty-eight.He likes playing basketball.My mother is very kind and nice,she is thirty-seven.My mother is always laborious work.I love my parents!

I had a wonderful holiday at spring festival.I went to the park with my friends.We met at eight o'clock at the school gate.We went to the park by bike.It was a beautiful day.We sat under a big tree and chated with each other.We took about some movies and some fun things.We had lunch there.We ate hamburgers and some drinks , but I know they are not healthy and not good for us.Then we played some games.We were all fell tired ,but we were very happy!It was great fun!
