The book , The Belief
I always listen to my father’s story.His stories are all about his hard time, like he did dig gra to eat,built a near down house and others.He also has some adventure.But all of his adventure is not interesting at all.The biik 《Thirteen-nine Steps》gave me the interests.The brave man---Hannay, nearly saved the world.The interesting person he met , like the roadman,the milkman, the fisherman,all gave him helpAnd I think I was there where Hannay went.Even more ,I trought I were Hannay,and went on the adventure.To be honest, I hardlyread English novels.There are three reasons : the first, is the time.I do not have enough time to read it, there are many books about studying I should read.The next,the English novels are too difficult for me.Some books have a lot of unfamiliar words, so I read it so slowly.The last , it about myself.To be honest, I am such a lazy man.I want to read English novels when I want to sleep/.I think maybe this book changed my mind.And the book maybe want to tell us a proverb:life is like an adventure,differnet people you meet, diffrrent experience you have ,and thedifferent ending you get.Maybe you are the man who face a lot of problem and preure or a woman who do not want to live in such a calm and bring life.I think all of those people do not like challenges, people should face them, get them out, give back a happy ending.But how to face? I think , we should be like Hannay, how big the problem is , how strong our belief is.Hannay tought us the belief.So we should keep it, and go on like Hannay.“nothing can stop me!”The Hannay’s words, what I like,what I want to keep.Colin chen
