1.What does stre mean?

Stre is a state of worry due to preure caused by the problems of living, such as too much work or study, heavy responsibilities, quickened pace of life, etc.We generally use the word “stre” when we feel that everything seems to have become too much-we are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the preures placed upon us.2.What causes stre to people?

Works.Globalization, along with world market, surely brings about huge advancement in culture, economy and society, almost every aspect of our country.At the same time, they also load people’s life with great working preure,as a side effect.People have to compete for good careers, for promotions and for more generous salaries from their boes.You have to work hard in case of lay-off.You have to perform well to impre your supervisors.These will all bring stre to people.3.When are you under stre? What makes you feel streed?

Study.Study can cause enormous preures to people’s life, especially to our students.In order to get a higher score and rank.We have no alternative but to work harder than any other person.We stay up late at night to finish endle homework., review what we learnt that day and preview tomorrow’s leons.Sometimes, study brings no le strees than work.4.What should we do to deal with stre?

1)Set realistic goals for yourself.Reduce the number of events going on in your life and you may reduce the circuit overload.2)Change the way you see your situation;seek alternative viewpoints.Stre is a reaction to events and problems, and you can lock yourself into one way of viewing your situation.Seek an outside perspective of the situation, compare it with yours, and perhaps leen your reaction to these conditions.3)Learn how to best relax yourself.Meditation and breathing exercises have been proven to be very effective in controlling stre.Practise clearing your mind of disturbing thoughts.5.What suggestions would you give him or her when one of your friends is under stre?

A lot of ways may contribute to relieving our stre.Listening to music is a good way.If music annoy us,we can go out to exercise,one of the most effective stre-relieving ways.What’s more,we should learn to say ”No” to extra work requests.Finally,it helps to ease our minds if we view the changes in our life as challenges.In short,it’s no use crying over spilt milk.Be realistic and accept what has happened.6.How do you think to relieve stre?
