在海水环境中的氯丁橡胶的老化机制和机械降解行为：加速老化和长时间暴露的对比 聚合物由于其优异的性能和良好的耐候性被广泛应用于海洋环境中。尽管被广泛应用，但是在那样恶劣的环境中的长期行为仍不能被人熟知。为了评估合理时间内绝毫无的耐久性，有必要来进行人工老化测试来加速降解动力过程，但是不会对降解过程进行任何修饰。因此本课题建议加速老化测试来研究用于海上应用的有二氧化硅填充的氯丁橡胶海水老化。实验观察了在更新的天然海水中温度范围为20-80℃的几个加速老化实验。这些老化结果是使用物理测试（傅里叶红外变换，固态核磁共振）和以单一拉伸测试为基础的力学性能测试。为了准确描述样品的厚度的老化梯度变化，实验中也应用了仪表微压痕测试。把从加速样品测量结果和23年服务条件下的海上输油管线的老化的测量结果进行对比。对于这两种样品，氯丁橡胶材料迅速发展变化最明显的代表是硬度的增加，这可以验证人工老化过程。
