I experienced the merger of two companies: the IB department of Shanghai International Trust & Investment Co., Ltd and Shanghai Financial Securities Co., Ltd.I improved the personal ability in this confused period. In 2004, I was transferred to the clearing department of the headquarter in charge of all clearing business.Responsible for the management and control the entire securities business customer’s turnover margin and the operating funds.Responsible for the compilation of all statistical reports, accounting statements and turned them to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and year-end accounts and supervise the implementation of the budget.Responsible for the integrity of financial analysis.Coordinate the companys business, financial contacts and resources between the branches and headquarter.Fixed assets management: new building, accumulative depreciation and cancellation.

Responsibilities & Achievements:

After a five year’s primaries work, I accumulated rich experience as a financial staff, became more familiar with the operation process, and mastered the whole knowledge of financial affairs and software applications.In charge of general ledger, make the financial statements, including balance sheet, Profit & loss, Tax report, expense report, cash flow and so on.Coordinate the entire customer’s demand for funds transfer.Responsible for cost statements of the company, internal capital allocation.Other financial assistance for day-to-day operations.

I was graduated from Shanghai Jiao tong University, “project management” undergraduates. From the original accounting expertise to the new management knowledge, a progress was obvious. Not only to become a qualified accountant but also to become an integrated officer.
