Main responsibility:

1.Commercial Manager, under the supervision of project manager in charge of all business to the public, with the experience of negotiation in heavy equipments renting, subcontract of reclamation area leveling, relationship build up among suppliers and tender for 1.1-1.2 billion sea port construction projects in eastern province of Saudi, etc.

2.Principal officer of charter management in Ras Az Zawr Seaport Project in Saudi Arabia. Translated more than 1000 pages charters of vessels in two months. Managing more than 200 charters.

3.Negotiated with Indian dredging company SICAL about the Cutter Section Dredger “Sical Portofino” about re-operation on Apr. 2012 with project manager, plays a role as contract management principal.

4.Project Section Director of Cutter Section Dredger (1250m3/h), including but not limited to operation, vessel supply, sea measure and sailors management, etc. analyzing its working efficiency every week based on its daily report as well as daily performance, calculating the volume of five CSD every day and every month and reported to the consultant for final approval.

5.Pre-dredging measuring, participate in the measuring team of 4 members. Finish the onshore pre-dredging measuring to all the sea port project in 3 months.

6.Having three times experience in semi-submersible arriving and discharging, principal commander of discharging vessels on semi-submersible.

7.Attempter for over 50 times for vessels mobilization from port to site, coordinate and contract the shipping agencies, port authority, coast guard and vessels.

5.More than 300 SGCC and CSG customers’ information database developed within one week.

7.Yunnan (x2) pilot licenses application for Yunnan Electric Power Design Institute, finished within one day.

8.Visited Foshan customer on Feb.20, 2008 for technology communication of SmallWorld products with technical and services team. Increasing customer satisfaction.

9.Visited and communicated with Foshan customer for GIS on Mar.5, 2008, being a translator, collecting their questions and requirements.
