The fast-food
In the quick rhythm life ,the time is becoming more and more importance.When we do somethings,we hope to want do it fast ,and want to save the time to do other things.In order to save time ,some people choose the fast-food.When we do the work a long time ,we will feel hungry on the eating time ,but we want to save time to do the work ,so we will choose the fast-food.The time which we wait the fast-food is short ,and we can wait the fast-food with doing the work.So we think it is convenient for us to save the time.So a lot of people want to eat the fast-food.But the fast-food isn’t nutritive ,and it is bad for our bodies.It contains a lot of chemical substances which are bad for us.If we eat fast-food for a long time ,we will become more unhealthy.because we live in the long-term fast-paced work condition,the body of us will be worse than living in comfortable condition,added to fast-food ,wo will become ill.So ,I think we couldappropriately eat some fast-food,but we couldn’t eat a lot ,because the health is the most importance.快餐
在这个快节奏的生活中，时间变得越来越重要。当我们坐某些事情的时候，我们希望做的快一些，而且我们想节省时间去做其他的事情。为了节省时间，一些人选择了快餐。
当我们做很长时间的工作的时候，到了吃饭的时间我们会觉得饿，但是我们想节省时间去工作，所以我们选择了快餐。我们等待快餐的时间是很短的,并且我们可以边等边工作。所以我们认为快餐对于节省时间是很便利的。
所欲很大一部分人都想吃快餐。但是快餐并没有营养，并且对我们的身体有害。它包含了很多的对我们有害的化学物质。如果我们一直吃快餐，我们会变得更加不健康，因为我们生活在长期的、快节奏的工作条件下，我们的身体会比生活在舒适的条件下的更坏，再加上快餐，我们会生病的。
所以，我认为我们可以适当的吃一些快餐，但是我们不能吃太多，因为健康才是最重要的
