Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon!I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.Today my topic is “my youth,my dream ”.I hope you will like it , and can find the importance of your youth so that you cherish it more.女士们，先生们，下午好！我很高兴站在这里给你一个简短的讲话。今天我演讲的题目是“我的青春，我的梦想”。我希望你会喜欢它的，和发现的青春，更珍惜它。
It was well-known that various characteristics have been shaped atdifferent time as we grow.Meanwhile different personalities contribute to the succe of different profeions.众所周知，不同的时代塑造了不同的人物特点，而个性特点的不同又促成了不同的成功
There are primary features about 90’s generation,for example “non-mainstream ”.”new human being ,”they refer to their signature in Martian Languages ,However,what are the real characteristics that we 90’s generation poe，our ideas and what will are achieve? I will describe in detail.“非主流”“新新人类”空间签名用火星文这是对90后的特点概括，而我们90后真正具备怎样的特点，我们的想法和会取得怎么样的成功呢？请听我一一道来 First I want to ask you some questions:
1、Do you know what youth is?（1、你知道什么是青春？
2、How do you master your youth?
2、你如何掌握你的青春？
3、Do you have a dream? 你知道你的梦想是什么吗？
4、How do you master your dream? 你怎样去把握你的梦想？ Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind 青春不是生命的一段时光，它是一种精神状态;Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease.This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20.Nobody grows old merely by a number of years.In some way we grow old by deserting our ideals.青春意味着具有战胜懦弱的那股大丈夫气概般勇气，渴望冒险和摒弃安逸的欲青春气贯长虹，勇气盖过怯懦，冒险战胜苟安。这往往存在于一个人的60多岁的男孩20。人老不仅仅是岁月的流逝。我们往往因为放弃理想而变老
Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust 岁月使皮肤起了皱纹，但放弃热情皱痕灵魂。担心，恐惧，自我–信任弓箭的心脏和精神蒙尘。
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living.In the center of your heart,and my heart, there’s a wirele station : so long as it receives meages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, you are young.不管60还是16，但在每个人的心，奇迹之诱惑，孩童般的事情的欲望和快乐的游戏生活。在你的心中和我的心中有一个无线电台：只要它接收到人间的美好，希望，欢乐，勇气和力量的信号，只要你还年轻。
We all want to believe that we are capable of great feats , of reaching our fullest potential.我们相信自己有成就伟业的能力，能发挥出自己最大的潜力。We need dreams.我们需要梦想。
They give us a vision of a better future.它会给我们展现一番更好的前景。
They nourish our spirit ,they represent poibility,even then we are dragged down by reality.它能滋养我们的灵魂，梦想代表一种可能性，尽管它会受到现实的羁绊。They keep us going.梦想让我们勇往直前。
Most succeful people are dreamers.多数成功人士都是梦想家。Dreamers are not content merely with the mediocre ,because no one ever dreams of going half way.梦想家不满足于平庸，因为谁都不希望半途而废。
When I was a little girl , I didn’t dream of a life of struggle and frustration.孩提时，我不曾梦想过自立而充满挫折的生活。
I dreamed of doing something big and splashy ,something significant.却梦想做一些轰轰烈烈而有意义的大事。I dreamed big.我梦想成为伟人。
But now , I have become realistic.但是现在，我很现实。I have a dream that I can be a good Chinese teacher one day.我有一个梦想，将来的某一天，我能成为一个很好的对外汉语教师。But all are of no value unle they are followed by action.除非我付出行动，否则一切都将毫无意义。
Action is the food and drink which will nourish my succe.行动就像食物和水分一样，会滋养我的成功之花。
If I don’t take any actions to realize my dream , it will become a fantasy.如果我不采取行动实现我的梦想，它就会变成空想。
Action makes you succeful,succe that you continue to action ,which is a circular proce.行动会令你成功，成功又令你继续行动，这是一个循环的过程。When I was little , I dreamed big.孩提时，我梦想成为伟人。It’s a pity for me that I didn’t do anything about it.我没有做任何事情去实现它，这是我人生中的一个遗憾。
I always thought that when I grew up , I could take some actions.我总是认为等我长大了在行动也不晚。
But when I grew up now , I forgot my dream and my ambition.但是等我真的长大了，我却忘了我的梦想和抱负。
So I will not avoid the tasks of today and charge them to tomorrow.我不会逃避今天的责任，而把它们推给明天。
For I know that tomorrow never comes.因为我知道明天永远不会到来。Let me act now even though my actions may not bring succe,for it is better to action and fail than not action and flounder.让我立刻行动起来吧，即使这行动不能带来成功，但是哪怕行动导致了失败，也胜过坐以待毙。
Succe will not wait.成功不会等待。
If I delay , she will become betrothed to another and lost to me forever.如果我迟疑，她会投入别人的怀抱，而我将永远失去它。
Really, I want to learn the spirit of Cactus, regardle of wind and rain, I will remember, the sun just after the storm, a storm, a rainbow 真的，我想学仙人掌精神，无论风雨，我都会记得，阳光总在风雨后，一场暴风雨，一道彩虹。
I will make every effort to accomplish my dream.I won’t let it become a fantasy , it is just my dream.Maybe some years later , it will become true.我会尽一切努力来完成我的梦想。我不会让它成为空想，他只是我的梦想。可能再过几年，梦想就会成真。
I am deeply convinced that endeavor,strenuous efforts and never-say-die spirit are eential elements to succe, but the priority is.I don’t want“ my life like a tea table,with cups placed all over it.” you don’t want either, let;s do it immediately.我深信努力，奋斗，永不言败的总和不一定是会成功，但努力，奋斗，永不言败 品质的总和就一定是成功，我不想“我人生就像茶几，上面摆满杯具”,如果你也不想就让我们赶快行动吧!I have now finished my speech,thank you!
